Warrior Dressphere Mulan 2

This is my completed Warrior Dressphere Mulan based off Skirtzzz awsome designs.
The costume is made out of cotton except for the bindings which are made of linen. The gloves are an old pair I glued black, gold painted craft foam to. The sword it a peice of pink insulation foam I carved then added Mod Podge to before painting it and adding a second coat of Mod Podge. The handle is seperate from the blade and I added a wodden dowel to make it stronger so I could weild it one handed like the picture. I added Mushu to the belt just to make sure people would recognize it. I acctually finished painting the sword in my room Friday night of the convention. LOL

I had alot of fun making and wearing this costume. Especially when I got to wear it for Cosplay Chess Sunday morning. I got alot of great compliments on it as well and most of them were from the guys who LOVED the sword.
