T'was the night before Christmas

"On the tenth day of Christmas my true love gave to me...
... ten disney Princesses."

This took me forever to do. Not counting being swamped at work or trying to get everything done for Christmas. It jsut seemed like the hours zipped past at hyper speed while trying to do this. I used a few pics I found around the net as reference to create this collage. I had been thinking of a Princess pic for Christmas for a long time and I wanted it to be more fun than just the girls in holiday dresses. A few things kinda failed, but overall I like it. There is supposed to be a tree in the window behind Rapunzel but it dissapered when I tried to restore the vibrent colors that were errased when I photgraphed this. Also the tiles in the kitchen behind Tiana look more like a window than a tiled wall.

On the plus side, this is the first time I attempted to draw Tiana and Pocahontas and I think they turned out well. I also drew a very awsome candle wall sconce and I have never drawn candles before.

I tired to give each princess a special ornament for the tree. My frog failed, and Jasmine is holding Ariels seashell. Also those are Beignets on the plate by Tiana and Snow is holding an Apple pie. Belle is reading Charles Dicken's "A Christmas Carol" while Aurora and Pocahontas string cranberries and popcorn on strings. I tried to find something fitting for each princess to be doing and I hope you all like it.
